The Bodie Blueprint is unlike other programs or courses. Each month is dedicated to grounding certain foundations around body building, consistency, and goal completion in general.
phase 1 - Identity, Routine, Diet, Training
The type of person you are and your goals impact the entire program. We must consul with you first, then build a proper foundation. Our professionals construct the best routine and diet according to your needs and recommendations.
Identity - Who you are and who you desire to become. This is probably the most important part of your life as it literally defines your values, behaviors, emotions, etc. All of these heavily influence your physical health, along with your lifestyle in general. Our team consist of professionals to better help you understand your desired identity and how we can reverse engineer that information to actionable steps we can take today.
Routine/Training - Figuring out what will get you to where you wish to go, and when you have the time to do it. All forming around your schedule, a personalized routine will also be backed with notion (or apple notes or google doc) templates for simple tracking needs.
Diet - This is where the most impact occurs. Your nutrition directly affects your nutrition, energy, and physical results. We assess your dietary preferences and make a plan according to your goals and taste buds. We want this to be realistic, enjoyable, but most importantly sustainable.
phase 2 - Intensity, Volume, caloric MASTERY)
We must become sharper. Once the fundamentals are down we increase strength, workouts, and lock in on your dieting goals. This is our clients favorite stage, and it’s also the stage where the most growth happens. Not physically, mentally. Our clients become more tolerant to discomfort, and stop relying on motivation to ensure consistency.
Intensity - We assess your strength and push you to your limit. We are not just telling you to ‘go harder’ or ‘go heavier’ we are making you go as hard as you possibly can. This ensures growth is happening, the workout is challenging, and you are making real progress every workout! Plateaus don’t exist with the Bodie Blueprint.
Volume - Progress gets made fast. We notice our clients quickly want to workout more. Changes like these are accounted for and prepared for in advance. There is also a chance of wanting to workout less (perfectly fine). Ensure minimal activity, which we provide, is still completed and results will still be seen.
Caloric mastery - By this point in your journey you will have the ending down. You will know exactly where you want to go, how you want to look. Now it is even more essential to hone in on diet, as it is probably the most influential component of your progress. Consistent tracking and assessment is provided with efficient communication from you. We also provide a plethora of calorie tracking templates.
Phase 3 - Consistency, sustainability, handling adversity
We make sure you stay committed. It’s our goal to make sure this is a lifestyle change not a 12-week change. This is where the most growth happens physically for our clients, and with this much work your life is good as new.
Consistency/Sustainability- The identity shift was taken care of. You are someone who follows through with their word. You are also someone who takes care of their body like a holy temple. Our blueprint is for you to build, but we walk with you to get you use to building everyday.
Handling adversity - There will be times when even our motivational word’s can’t get to you. When you just want to stay home so bad, skip the meal, it’s only one time! Perseverance during these moments is what births true consistency. To have every emotion and thought against you and still prevail, you are born again.

I promise I don’t write to you from a place of physical abundance. I was that skinny guy that girls would make fun of, wrap their pinky and thumb around my wrist, got called anorexic multiple times (even if it was a joke it still hurt guys 🥀). I write to you from someone who’s entire life has changed by making the simple decisions to start working out.
